Munchers are invincible plants that can only be defeated by a POW block, Giant Goomba's shoe, or a spike helmet. They are similar to piranha plants, but they come in black, and they can't even be defeated by a super star and a super leaf. Even when the player is half invisible, the player will not be able to pass them.
